Service Description

Mindful Based Stress Reduction program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts. In this program you will work to train yourself to be in the present moment. MBSR provides a suite of tools including walking meditation, mindful movement, body scan, and guided meditations to help change the minds orientation from unconscious reaction to healthier ways of dealing with stress.
